Of Mice and Men reveals a typical day in the house of a person being terrorized by a mouse (electromechanical or otherwise). The vibraphonist is accompanied by a computer (or CD), which follows the performer's actions, makes decisions about tempo, duration and other musical parameters.

Written for vibraphone an piano to memorialize the eruption of Mt. St. Helens, this three movement work seeks to depict not only the fury of May 10, 1980 and the resulting devastation, but also the hope engendered by the new life now very much evident around Mt. St. Helens. "The writing fits the piano and vibraphone to a "T" and every note is important.
